Subscribe to water services application

Required documents:

Service connection procedures:

  • Pay inspection fees into the safe.
  • The inspection is done by the specialized technical supervisor who determines path and diameters of connection as well as all stock-in-trade required for the connection.
  • The Preliminary estimated price is set according to the company price list and be paid in the safe by the customer.
  • Bring stock-in-trade form company stores by the specialized technical supervisor.
  • Connect water service and date the starting of service (formal application).
  • Issue consumption bill from the following month.
Separate a sub-meter from the main meter panel application

Required documents:

  • Request proposal for a sub-meter connection to Mr. Branch Manger (formal application).
  • A copy of the lease or property contract.
  • A copy of the identification card for the applicant.
  • Electric, telephone or gas bill for the same applicant.

Sub-meter connection procedures:

  • Pay inspection fees.
  • The technical supervisor performs the desired inspection and writes the last reading of the meter.
  • The applicant pays his share of indebtedness of water consumption from the main meter.
  • Pay the Preliminary estimated price for sub-meter (in cash or installment added to bills).
  • Connect water service and date the stating of service (formal application).
  • Issue consumption bill from the following month.
Assign of meter and conveyance of subscription application

Required documents:

  • Request proposal for a sub-meter connection to Mr. Branch Manger (formal application).
  • An assignment and conveyance from the assigner to the assignee documented in the real estate. Or make the assignment before the authorized employee with the presence of both (assigner and assignee).
  • A copy of the lease or property contract.
  • The latest bill for the same applicant.
  • A copy of the identification card for the applicant.

Procedures:

  • Pay inspection fees.
  • The technical supervisor performs the desired inspection, assures the competency of meter and writes the last reading of the meter.
  • The assignee pays all assigners bills and variance of consumptions in the meter according to the reading of the technical supervisor.
  • The assignee pays the desired fees of assignment and conveyance in cash in the safe.
  • Assignment consumption bill is issued after completing assignment and conveyance procedures and according to the reading of the technical supervisor.
Check and repair the meter application
  • Request proposal for a meter check and repair to Mr. Branch Manger (formal application).
  • Pay the desired fees of the check and repair in cash in the safe.
  • The specialized employee checks the meter and repairs it in the same place if possible.
  • If the checking shows that the meter is irregularly running, the meter will be removed, to calibrate and repair or replace impaired parts at the expense of the customer according to company price list, and connect water temporarily until the repairing of the meter.
Damage or incompetency of meter
  • The company may change the meter at the customer’s expense and collect the meter price in cash or installment added to bills.
  • The customer may not repair the meter by himself and the company exclusively has the right to do so at the customer’s expense according to company price list.
  • The company has the right to take legal proceedings against who breaks the above mentioned, as well as reserve all company rights against the rule breaker.
Death of subscriber

One of the heirs may apply a request proposal to the company for to assign and convey of the subscription to him, with the following documents:

  • Assignment documented at real estate indicates that all heirs assigns to one of the heirs.
  • Provide a legal statement of inheritance.
  • If the abovementioned is not possible, the applicant may only provide an acknowledgment to convey the subscription on his own responsibility and if one of heirs objected, the company has the right to cancel the subscription.
Billing suspension application

Request proposal to Mr. branch manager for billing suspension (for two years) may be renewed according to subscriber proposal on condition that the meter is still competence and shows the actual reading as well as the subscribers pays the following to the company:

  • Issued bills that have not been paid yet.
  • Variance of consumption recorded in the meter until suspension date.
  • Pay fees of suspension.

Note:

The customer shall not open use the service by his own accord all over suspension period and the company has the right to take legal proceedings against who breaks the above mentioned, as well as collect all company rights relevant to this.

Change subscription service from residential to economic application

Required documents:

  • Request proposal for the change of subscription to Mr. Branch Manger (formal application).
  • Tax credit for the new business or building permits in case of buildings.

Procedures:

  • Pay inspection fees.
  • The technical supervisor performs the desired inspection, assures the competency of meter and writes the last reading of the meter.
  • Pay the desired fees for changing accountancy group from residential to economic.
  • Liquidate the meter to the latest residential group rate reading and pay receivable bills.
  • Start the economic accountancy from the following month according to the actual consumption.
Change subscription service from residential to economic application

Required documents:

  • Request proposal for the change of subscription to Mr. Branch Manger (formal application).
  • Certified and sealed document from the local council implies the agreement on the change (move the meter from outside to inside)

Procedures:

  • Pay inspection fees.
  • The technical supervisor performs the desired inspection, assures the competency of meter and writes the last reading of the meter.
  • Liquidate the meter to the latest economic group rate reading and pay receivable bills.
  • Pay the Preliminary estimated price according to the company price list
  • Start the residential accountancy from the following month according to the actual consumption.
Meter removal conditions
  • Contract is terminated according to subscriber’s proposal.

Meter removed and contract avoided in the following circumstances:

  • Any violation of contract agreement conditions.
  • If the subscriber did not immediately inform the company about a break of meter’s dial glass, hand or dial itself or if the company found that the subscriber broke it intentionally or for fraud.
  • If the subscriber prevented company workers or representatives from performing any procedure required for work needs.
  • If the subscriber delayed in the payment of consumption value and company for any reason.
  • If the company found incorrectness in the information which the subscriber provided upon contacting.
  • If the is an emergency or disruption in the main pipe that provides to the building or internal pipes work and installations that may affect the safety of the building or any other related building.
  • If it was necessary to stop water supplying by authority to the responsible body or any to any other public requirements such as perform reformations or implementing projects.
Guidance to applicants and subscribers
  • The applicant should allow company representative to inspect and implement, and if not because of closing the whereabouts, do not pay the estimated price or any other reason, then the contract shall be null and void within two months after due date.
  • The subscriber should allow the reader to read the meters, and if not the company may remove the connection and avoid the contract as well as reserve all rights of company against the subscriber.
  • The company accepts direct debit to deduct each month consumption value.
  • Payment of latest bill does not mean the payment of previous bills.
  • Each unit has a private meter and subscriber endures any violation.
  • The subscriber should ensure that the reader reads the meter and compare the reading recorded in the bill with the current reading of the meter.
  • If the consumption value is less than the monthly minimum, the subscriber will be charged with the value of the minimum that applied by the company.
  • If you have subscribed since a long period and no consumption bills have been issued for you, you should inform the authorized branch immediately to take the needed procedures.

  • If your meter has been removed due to non-payment, hasten to pay your indebtedness within two months of removal date. And if you exceeded the period and applied again for water service, you will have to pay the previous indebtedness and contract with a new estimation price for the connection.
